NVR86'd

NVR86’d (short for Never 86’d) is what we work for every day. If you’ve worked in a kitchen before you can skip this part. If not, here’s a little industry knowledge: when something is 86-ed it’s been dropped from the menu. Either because you don’t have enough of an item or its ingredients to serve it, or worse, because nobody wants it.

 

With us, that’s never a concern. We create menus and experiences that move the needle. That put your business in the black, and your customers on long lines they claim to hate, but secretly love. We connect you to culture. Both local, and long-distance. 

 

We come from mom-and-pop shops, globally recognized sports venues, startup kitchens, global advertising agencies, Michelin starred kitchens, Discord chats, meme accounts, and brewery backrooms. We’ve been entrepreneurs, managers, head chefs, line cooks, delivery drivers, front of house, social media managers, repairmen, and event planners. We love what we create, and are seasoned food critics, so we know the little things are what matters most.
